You acknowledge and agree that the Report is strictly a best-effort forecast, informational wealth planning dossier, and mathematical estimation. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE NOR REPLACE AN OFFICIAL ADMINISTRATIVE DETERMINATION, CERTIFIED INSURANCE STATEMENT, PORTABLE DOCUMENT P1 OR SED FORMS ISSUED BY NATIONAL SOCIAL SECURITY BODIES.
2. No Professional, Legal, or Tax Advice

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OUREXPATPENSION.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR RELIANCE ON THE REPORT.
6. Digital Content & Refund Policy
Pursuant to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you acknowledge that the Report is personalized digital content. By proceeding to payment and initiating the generation/download of the PDF Report, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is unlocked.
